Jillian has served as a Faculty Field Liaison since June 2018. Jillian is passionate about creating meaningful and collaborative relationships with her students. She is committed to fostering student success and supporting students as they transform throughout their field education experience. Jillian is also a proud graduate of the M.S.W. program at VCU.

Previously, Jillian served as a Student Success Adviser in the School of Social Work. She enjoyed providing holistic advising to graduate students in the M.S.W. program. Jillian also served as the Program Manager for Avail, a cause marketing and foundation management firm. She was responsible for managing Super Bowl Champion Michael Robinson’s foundation, Excel to Excellence, and its signature program, TEAM EXCEL. Jillian developed and refined the program curriculum to include career exploration, workforce readiness, service-learning, social and life skills development for students in 7th-11th grade.
