I am joining the Mutual Family Assessment program after serving as the resource family services supervisor for Norfolk Department of Human Services, where I led a team responsible for training, recruitment and retention of resource family homes. In this role, I also conducted training for prospective families, facilitated group sessions with foster parents to help them navigate complex systems, worked closely with independent living youth and managed all ICPC (Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children) requests.

Before Norfolk DHS, I worked at several private agencies committed to improving the lives of children and families through education, support and advocacy.

I look forward to collaborating with the MFA team, supporting colleagues and serving the families across my assigned regions and throughout the state.
