Kristal has worked in a variety of student support roles throughout her higher ed journey, including academic coaching, financial aid and most recently as an academic advisor at VCU. As a first-generation student herself, Kristal recognizes how critical the advising experience is, and always strives to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.

In her free time, Kristal enjoys trying out new recipes and cuddling with her cat, Charlie.
