Katy Martin-Poindexter is the School of Social Work’s HR generalist. In this role, Katy works with the department (faculty and staff) on their HR needs (the hiring process, contracts, time keeping) etc.).
Most recently, Katy worked over three years with the VCU School of Medicine, running the Observership Program and assisting with SOM HR needs. Katy also spent four years within VCU Health holding administrative support roles.
