Anna Givens joined VCU in 2019 and currently serves as a leadership annual giving officer. Prior to this role, she worked as the senior development specialist at the School of Social Work. One of her key roles is to connect with VCU alumni and friends and help them discover meaningful ways to engage with the university. Before joining VCU, Givens worked with several local nonprofit organizations. She is a double graduate from JMU and grew up in the Richmond area.
